The lower table shows the material rows for the selected part in the structure map. Here you can also view additional information by right-clicking to open the Info menu.
The preparation info shown here is loaded from the BOM list in the Preparation.
Other material row information is nearly the same as the information that you will find for the material rows in the Adding / Replanning procedure.
The material row information shown in the Order Info procedure is (from the left): Position*, Part number and name, the "I" button for Instructions **, the linked document viewer button, For operation, Location, Planned quantity, Balance, Reported quantity, Rest quantity, Part type, Cleared quantity, Report number, Rejects, Material clearance, Revision and Warehouse ***.
If the setting Use positions in BOM lists? has been configured under the heading Preparation under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure, you will also see information about the position at the far left of the BOM list.
* In order to show positions on material rows, the corresponding setting must be activated under Preparations under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure.
** By clicking the "I" button on a material row, you can see Instructions that were linked to that material. If there are linked instructions, the pound sign symbol "#" will appear on the button. If there are linked documents, you can see this by using the button to the right of the "I" button. This button only appears if you have installed the MONITOR Supplement Document Viewing.
*** Warehouse is shown only if the MONITOR supplement Warehouse Management is installed.
