If you open the Info menu on material rows, you will find additional functions and information about the material rows on the order.

Show
If you select Show -> Nonconformities you will see information about nonconformities, if any, on the order. This selection will only be available if the order is included in the nonconformity register.
If you select Show -> Only material shortages, only the material or those parts where the stock balance is not sufficient to cover the requirement will be shown on the material rows. The option will be deactivated if you select another part from the structure map.
If you select Show -> Inventory log current order... you can, for individual material, see the inventory log that applies only to the current order.
Show Distributed Purchase in Italics
Show distributed purchase in italics is only available if the setting Linked requirement/supply planning for P-part (Lot-for-lot) has been activated, under Material Requirements Planning under the Inventory tab in the Settings procedure.
If this function is activated, a check is made to see if there are several purchase orders linked to the same material row. If so, this will be shown as an italicized purchase order number on a material row. By placing the cursor over the purchase order number field on the row you will see a tooltip regarding which order numbers that are linked to the material row.
This function is not activated by default because the check to see if there are several purchase orders linked to the same material row, makes the Order Info take longer.
Create Monitoring Task
If you have installed the supplement MONITOR Agent you can create monitoring tasks on the material row in order to monitor the next positive balance change. Monitoring tasks can be loaded and changed in the Monitoring Tasks procedure. In the Monitoring Task List procedure you will find all the registered tasks.
Material Reporting
Here you can link to the Material Reporting procedure to report the selected material row. This selection loads the report number to that procedure.
Copy Parts to Selection
By using this alternative you can copy all part numbers that are shown on the material row to the Selection window. These can then be re-used in Search Forms in different lists.
The alternatives Layout, Show and the different period formats in the Info menu on material rows are the same as the alternatives under The Info Menu on Operation Rows.
