General Information about Monitoring Task List

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

The Monitoring Task List is a procedure that is included in the supplement called MONITOR Agent. In this procedure you can print monitoring task and sent messages in two different lists. You create, edit and delete monitoring tasks in the Monitoring Tasks procedure in the Global Settings module.

In the Create tab you can make different choices that will affect the lists, for example what to show based on status and message method.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

In the Task list type the fields Description and Status can be updated. Please note! When you change the status from Historical/Inactive to Registered, the task will immediately be activated in the Agent server when saving. This means that the task status will be reset to Historical/Inactive in those cases when the condition is already fulfilled.
