The Update Accumulated Balance / Authorized By Window

This window shows a list of all the employees that have been registered in the Update Employee procedure.

Apart from the different columns showing Accumulated balances and Authorized by, this window also shows the employee number, first name and last name of the employee. The reason why this information is updated in a separate procedure, is so that you can limit the access to it to a few handpicked employees.
