The documents that can be selected here have been created in the Manufacturing Order Documents procedure in the Global Settings module.This function is used so that an operator can print a manufacturing order document when an operation is started in the Recording Terminal procedure. This setting is mostly configured for individual work centers in the Manufacturing module, but can be overridden here for a particular employee. The most usual setting is therefore By work center.
By Work Center
If this setting has been activated, the print settings for manufacturing order documents will be made according to the settings configured per work center.
Shop Packet
Click to select which documents can be printed by the employee. The documents that can be selected here have been created in the Manufacturing Order Documents procedure in the Global Settings module.

Check the box in the Use column to use that document. In the Qty. column you enter how many copies of the document should be printed.
External Documents
Activate this setting so that external documents linked to the operation can be printed as soon as work is started on that operation. This requires the supplement called MONITOR Document Viewing.
AutoPrint Shop Packet
Activate this setting so that the selected shop packet is automatically printed as soon as an operator starts work on that operation.
The setting Format in the Manufacturing Order Documents procedure in Global Settings determines which documents are printed for different operations.
Documents with No operations or All operations will only be printed for started operations.
Documents with Current operations or Current operations including next will be printed for all operations.
If the AutoPrint shop packet setting has not been set, the operator must manually indicate that the shop packet should be printed before starting the operation. Please see the Help Function for the Recording Terminal procedure.
