List Types
You can show different information in four different lists by selecting any of the following List types:
- Shorter working hours. This list type is used to calculate and save the period's shorter working hours to any given time balance. Select the right calculation basis according to the options below, and indicate which time balance you want to use.
- Extended shorter working hours. This list type is used to show detailed information about how the shorter working hours are calculated for each employee. You can not update time balances here.
- Move balances. This list is used to move hours from one balance to another.
- Historical records. This list is used to show which previous shorter working hours records have been saved or balances have been moved.
