You are here: Workshop Info > Authorize / Adjust > Authorize / Adjust Recording > The Adjust Tab

The Adjust Tab

The Adjust tab is activated if one or several calendar days are selected under the Calendar tab.

In the upper table you Closedadjust attendance for the selected calendar days.

The table where you adjust attendance.

Here you can adjust the recording date, schedule, and times. You will also find a checkbox used to select full overtime. Here you can authorize attendance if that has not been done under the Calendar tab. For the active recording (current day), the clock-in and clock-out times are shown in red. Via the Window functions or via the Info menu, that appears when right-clicking, you will find additional alternatives regarding attendance recording adjustments.

For attendance records you can read, add, change, and delete comments. There can only be one comment per attendance recording. The active recording's comment is also displayed in the Attendance List procedure.

A symbol appears indicating what kind of recording it is:

If the setting called Overtime granted after fulfilled daily hours is activated there will always be a time difference if, during the same day, both overtime and absence have been recorded. For each absence record there is a check box called Deduct from overtime. If this is checked the absence will be reduced so that the time difference becomes 0 (zero). If more than one absence recording item exists on the same day, you might have to mark several absence records in order for the time difference to disappear. If the entire absence has not been deducted, this must be recorded and authorized as usual.

Please note that the checkbox Deduct from overtime is only visible if overtime is registered for the day and the setting Overtime after fulfilled daily hours is activated.

Please Note! Deduct from overtime cannot be used at the same time as Full OT. With the alternative Full OT, overtime will be registered even if there is an absence record on the day. Deduct from overtime should be used when overtime is set to "After fulfilled daily hours".

If an absence code is reported as attendance (for example business trip) you can select an overtime type for that recording.

In the Closedadjust work table you adjust work recording.

The table where you adjust work.

The table where you adjust work, continued.

Here you can adjust the date, clock-in time, clock-out time, setup time, indirect time and indirect code for the work item. Approved quantity and Rejected quantity. At the far right you will see the schedule status. You cannot change schedule number for an employee. However, for a machine you can change schedule for a work recording. Rows with work recording that belong to the selected attendance day are shown in blue. For recorded indirect codes it is now possible to change which project, customer order etc. that the row should be linked to. Via the Window functions or via the Info menu, that appears when right-clicking, you will find additional alternatives regarding work recording adjustments.

Please note that you cannot adjust the quantity or reject code if a work recording has multiple reject codes. These are adjusted in the Operation Reporting procedure.

For work recording items you can read, add, change, and delete comments, but these are also saved in the manufacturing order log. This way, a comment that an operator has written can never be completely deleted from the system.

A symbol appears to the far left indicating what kind of recording it is:

In the lower portion of the tab you will see a graphic image of the employee's current schedule.
