List Types
You can show different information in your lists by selecting different List types. And further variations can be created using the different selections under Show... and Include, for example to see the not authorized recording items. The available list types are:
- Recording - depending on what was selected under the option Show, this list will show all attendance and work recording including In and Out times, resulting attendance, absences, overtime and flex time. You can also see the salary type allocation for the attendance, meaning which salary types that were linked to each recording.
- Total per salary type - generates a salary basis in which all the recorded time during the selected interval is added as a total per salary type.
- Recording + Total per salary type - combines the two previous list types. The list shows both the recording and a total per salary type for each employee.
- Only overtime - shows only recording that generated overtime.
- Only absence - shows only absence recording.
- Deviation from planned/actual time - shows all the days per employee where the planned time according to schedule does not coincide with the recorded attendance + absence. This is the equivalent of the term "time difference" in the Authorize / Adjust Recording procedure. These differences occur if one day has no recording at all, or if recorded overtime was reduced due to "unfulfilled daily hours", or if incorrect adjustments have been made.
- Only present employees - shows only those employees who are currently present (in attendance) or clocked-out for lunch within the lunch flex time zone. You can print the list to see which employees that clocked-in/present. This is useful if you, for example, must clear the building.
- Extended work recording - shows extra information about recorded work such as setup time and indirect time for an operation.
- Only work in progress - shows all operations that have currently been started, put on standby or clocked-out (the employee who started the operation has clocked-out).
- Planned absence - shows the planned absence that has been registered.
- Only addition - show the additions that have been reported per employee.
