Printout Samples

Below you will find a few printout samples of the different list types and how to interpret them.

ClosedRecording

This list type shows all the recording records for each day recording has been made, and can contain both attendance and work recording. When only listing work recording items you can sort and filter by order number and part number.

Recording items for attendance and work are shown as records with start and finish times (In, Out), schedule, attendance, overtime, overtime before schedule (BS), overtime after schedule (AS), absence, absence code, and flex time.

In the columns BS and AS you will see codes according to the available alternatives for overtime and overtime with flex:

The columns M, NA and A to the far left are only shown for attendance recording, and also appear in the list types Only overtime and Only absence:

The S and I columns at the far left are only shown for work recording:

A comment that has been entered for a recording item is displayed on a row below the concerned recording item.

Each new week is separated with a horizontal line in the list.

For attendance recording you will at the end of the list see time totals for attendance, absence, overtime, flex, and also a total for attendance and overtime (total for worked hours).

For all work recording, a total time for operations reported as finished is shown, which can be useful to compare with the worked hours. However, they do not necessarily need to coincide every time.

If you select salary type distribution in the Create tab, then all attendance recording (attendance + absence) will be complemented with a column that shows how the registered time was allocated to different salary types. The list will then also have a different layout.

ClosedTotal per salary type

This list type functions as a salary basis with total times for all the salary types that are included in the employee's recording.

The salary type Flex is a so-called system salary type in MONITOR, and it shows the time that has affected the flex balance automatically during the attendance recording. If the flex time that has been taken out during recorded absences is linked to a salary type, then that time will be shown separately.

ClosedRecording + total per salary type

This list combines the list types Recording and Total per salary type.

ClosedDeviation from planned/actual time

This list type is used to show the Time difference, i.e. the difference between planned working hours and the actual recorded attendance (attendance+absence).

The time difference can also be seen in the Authorize / Adjust Recording procedure.

ClosedOnly present employees

This list is used to see which employees are currently present - in attendance. Even employees that have clocked-out for lunch within the lunch flex time zone are included, since lunch recording is sometimes done even though you actually stay in the premises and eat.

ClosedExtended work recording

This list is used to view more information about recorded work than what is shown in the Recording list type. Here you can see the unit time and setup time separately, as well as reported indirect time for the operation. This list is automatically printed in landscape format.

ClosedOnly work in progress

This list is used to see the work recorded as in progress, standby or clocked-out. Clocked-out means that an employee has started work and then clocked-out. You will also see the manufacturing order status. Any clock-in made on orders with status 4 should be further investigated. By filtering the list by status 4, these work recording items can then be finished.

ClosedOnly addition

This list only displays the additions that have been registered for the employees. It is possible to open this list from the Register Project procedure. The additions that are used must first be registered in the Codes procedure.
