Employees

In the left portion of the window, you will see a list of all the employees, including symbols for which attendance and work status the employees have. Also see the Attendance List.

Select the employee who will receive an alternate schedule by clicking on the employee number in the list. Then click in the right portion of the window, or select Insert row to register one or more schedule for the desired date interval.
Once an employee is given an alternate schedule, the symbol help0320.gif appears to the far left of the list.
