If the setting called Only Recording with Card Codes? was activated in the Settings procedure or the Only card setting in the Terminal Settings procedure, then the employee number can not be used to enter the Recording Terminal. Only the card code entered in the Update Employee procedure can then be used to record. This code is entered via the keyboard, or perhaps via a magnetic card and a magnetic card reader.
