General Information about Work Center List

You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.

What Does This Procedure Do?

The Create tab is used to print a list from the work center register. You create work centers in the Update Work Center procedure.

When creating a list in this procedure, you can select and sort by Work center number, Name and Department.

You can select several list types containing different information for each list. The available list types are: Cost factors, Loading info, Work recording, Comments and Summary. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

If you select the list type Cost factors you can update the following information per Work center: Name, Standard operation; Subcontracting; Department, Card, Conversion factor for cards and Cost factors.

If you select the list type Loading info you can update the following information per work center: Name, Standard operation, Subcontracting, Basic time, Number or shifts, Capacity factor, Bottleneck, Staffing factor, Queue time, Efficiency factor, Parallel orders, Default setup time and Pick location - Production.

If you select the Work recording list, you can update work recording parameters for the work centers.

If you select the Comments list, you can change existing comments.

For the Summary list there are no update options.

If you select the Subcontracts list, you can update Name, Subcontract, Queue time, Subcontractor, Reference (subcontractor purchase), Exclude from creation of subc. invoice basis and Lead time order.

If you select the Extra info list, you can update all fields except for table values.

Can Any Charts Be Displayed?

No charts or graphs can be displayed in this procedure.
