Under the Document Viewer 
button you can link external documents and show these on the material rows. The linked documents can be printed when you print manufacturing orders, and can be viewed on your screen at different places in the system. Usually, drawings, work flow instructions and inspection instructions are linked to parts this way. If the part on the material row is a purchase part and you have activated the setting Create own additional text numbers on M-orders?, under Orders under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure, the following applies: If an external document is linked by using the button Document Viewer and an external document is linked to the part under the Manufacturing tab in the Update Part - Inventory procedure, both documents will be added to the part's material row on the manufacturing order.
The Document Viewer button on material rows is displayed if the supplement Document Viewing is installed.
