Current Status

Under Current status you find current customer information taken from different logs that can be accessed using a number of different buttons. This information is, for example, used to rate or evaluate customers. This information can also be printed. See the button descriptions below.

It is suggested that you activate the Remember window size and Remember window position settings under Settings | Customize.... |Miscellaneous in the Window menu. The windows under the buttons will then always be shown where they were last positioned by the user and in the last selected size. These settings are general and apply to all windows in MONITOR.

Quote Backlog

Here you can see information about registered and printed quotes for this customer. This means that only quotes with status 1-2 appear here. Here you can see the Part number, Name, Quote number, Sub-number (for several linked quotes), Status, Probability code, Quote date, Valid through date, Delivery period, Quantity, price Each, Discount in % and Amount. Here you can preview and print the quote via the Info menu (when right-clicking) as well as link to the Register Quote procedure.

Order Backlog

Here you can see information about "not delivered" or partially delivered customer orders for this customer. This window shows the Part number; Name, Order number, Delivery period (planned), the price "Each", the Discount (%), Ordered quantity, Delivered quantity and Rest quantity for the different parts in the orders, as well as the Amount. Here you can preview and print the order confirmation via the Info menu (when right-clicking) as well as link to the Register Customer Order procedure.

Invoice Basis

Here you can see each individual invoice basis for different customer orders that have been partially or fully delivered. Here you can see the Order number, Partial delivery number (Sub#), Invoice type, Currency, Customer code and Customer name. You can link to the Register Invoices Directly by right-clicking.

Invoice Log

This log shows all the invoices that have been printed for this customer. The info that is shown includes: Part number, Order number, Date of registration, Seller, which User that printed the invoice, the price Each, Quantity, Amount, Name and Row type. Here you can preview and print the invoice by using the Info menu (by right-clicking).

Receivables

Here you can see all the accounts receivable for this customer. This window shows the Invoice number, Order number, Type of invoice (debit/credit), Date it was printed, Due date, Paid in full, Exchange rate, Amount, Currency amount, Rest and Rest amount. This is an easy way of seeing which invoices for this customer have not been paid, have been partially paid or fully paid. Here you can preview the invoice by using the Info menu (by right-clicking).

Nonconformities

Here you can see information regarding registered nonconformities (noncons) for the customer. The information shown for each nonconformity is: Nonconformity number, Nonconformity type, Responsible, Nonconformity date, Part number, Quantity, Reject code, Order number, Your order number, Your nonconformity number, Your reference, Status, Internal comment (IC), External comment (EC), and Priority. In the Info menu you can link to the Register Nonconformity procedure for the selected row.

Serial Number

Here you can see all serial numbers that have a link to the customer. Here you will find the columns Serial number, Part number, Part name, Customer order number, Delivery period and Warranty expires. Via the Info menu, when right-clicking, you can link to the Update Product Register procedure.

Delivery Reliability

This window shows delivery reliability statistics for parts delivered to different customer orders to this customer. This information allows you to quickly and easily view any deviations regarding the delivered quantity and/or delivery period. This window shows the Part number, Name, Part code, Order number, Ordered and Delivered quantity, the Current and Actual delivery period, and the Difference in days between the current (planned) and actual delivery periods. Here you can preview the order confirmation by using the Info menu (by right-clicking).

Sales Statistics

Here you can see sales statistics for this customer. This shows the Year, Month, Amount, Contribution margin (CM) and Contribution ratio (CR).

Prices

Here you can see information regarding part links for this customer. If there are linked prices, the sign # will be shown on the button. The parts for which the customer is the active or "current" customer are indicated in bold font. You can also re-sort the parts by current customer, so that those parts appear at the top of the list. Here you can see the Part number; Part name; Price (sales price); Discount; Customer's part number; Comment; Valid through date for prices, as well as who modified the price and when (if the price has been modified). If you place the cursor on the Prices button, it is possible to link to the Part List - Sales procedure via the Info menu. The list is displayed classified by customer code with the current customer code filled-in and using the list type Customer links.

Comment

Here you can see which comments that have been registered for this customer, if any. If there are linked files, you will see this via a special Document Viewer button to the right of the Comment button.

Exception Accounts

Here you can see which exception accounts that have been registered for this customer, if any. You can see the following information per exception account: Account number; Cost center; Cost unit and Project.

Pick Instructions

Here you can see pick instructions that have been registered in the Update Customer procedure.

Agreement

Here you can see which agreements you have with this customer, if any. You can see Agreement, Name, Agreement number, Agreement date, Agreement type, Status, Cancelled, Agreement from, Agreement to, Our reference and Comment. Here you can preview and print the agreement via the Info menu (when right-clicking) as well as link to the Register Agreement -Sales procedure.

Register Quote

Here you can link to the Register Quote procedure with the correct customer code loaded.

Register Customer Order

Here you can link to the Register Customer Order procedure with the correct customer code loaded.
