What Does This Procedure Do?
In this procedure you print quote statistics. This will print the total quote statistics including all the row types 1 (Part), 2 (Addl. order row) and 3 (Services).
The Quote Statistics procedure also shows how many quotes or quote rows have been turned into orders and how many have been lost. These statistics are therefore based on the quote's status. Statistics are only created for quotes with status 5-9.
The available status options for quotes are:
Under the Create tab you classify and select the list. You can also select different list types containing different information for each list type. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.
Please note that the list type Quote shows how many quotes that have been sent (status 0-9) and can be used for example to show the work input of the sales department in the form of sent quotes. This list type can be classified by Quote number, Seller code, Our reference or Quote date.
What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?
There are no update options for the statistics procedures
Can Any Charts Be Displayed?
The list types Only total and Quote statistics can be viewed in chart form, in the Display List mode.
