Under the Activities tab you register all possible activities that might occur in connection with a service.
You can register an optional number of activities. It may also be convenient to have an activity called "Other" or "Miscellaneous" for activities difficult to classify.
Activities are registered per language with Name. You will also find a box called Pri. which you check if you want to print the activity by default on service reports. The name will be the default name for each respective activity on the service order, but can be changed or complemented there.
The activities will then be selectable for a service type under the Default values tab, as well as when registering a new service order directly in the Register Service Order procedure.
When it comes to forms, the name of the activity is determined by the language set on the customer. However, in the system the name is determined by the company language.
