Under the Default Values tab you select default values per service type, for example the default service location for the service type, as well as which activities and costs are default values for this service type. You must also choose a priority between 1-9. You can also enter comments for each service type, as a sort of internal note or annotation.
All activities, service technicians, costs and service types must first be registered under each respective tab.
