The Rows Tab

Under the Rows tab you register what is included in the service order.

Normally, the Service type selected under the Service tab determines which order rows that will be automatically added. This is configured in the Register Basic Data - Service procedure. However, you can manually add, delete and edit the rows.

Service order rows are nearly the same as customer order rows except that you can select Cost type and Pricing for service order rows. For the cost type called Material (or for own cost types of the material type) you can create Nonconformity for the material on the row. For the cost type Service work, the Quantity field on the order row will be greyed out. The quantity will then be loaded from the Time used entered under the Service tab.
