Time Used (Actual)

Here you will see the actual time used. This time is usually reported by the service technician in for example the application called MONITOR Mobile. However, this time can also be reported on the work row in the Report Service Order procedure.

Actual Finish Date

Here you will see the date when the service was actually performed/finished.

The Protocol Button

Here you can make notes regarding the finished service. If you have installed the supplement called Document Viewing, you can use the button to link documents to the protocol. Documents that have been linked in the MONITOR Mobile can then be loaded using this button.

Customer's Signature

Here you will see the customer's signature if the customer has signed the finished service engagement in the MONITOR Mobile.
