Under the Clearance - All tab you can see a list of the order rows in the selection. This list shows for each part, all the necessary information for clearance. The clearance of orders can be performed by booking the parts on the order in this list under this tab.
The procedure will suggest which order rows that can be delivered by checking the Booked check box in the list. You can also manually select/deselect rows in the Booked column and thereby determine which order rows that are to be cleared. When you save, the reserved quantity of the parts on the order will be cleared. The parts are then deducted from the available balance in stock for those parts.
Cancelling Clearances
If any clearance should need to be deleted once it has be saved, you can cancel it in the clearance list. By deselecting the order rows for which you want to delete the clearance under Booked and then clicking Save, you will cancel those clearances. To be on the safe side, go to the Order Window tab in Part Info and make sure that the "}}" symbols have been removed for that or those orders in the C column.
