General Information about Continuous Physical Inventory - List Reporting

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

In this procedure you report the performed physical inventories that were created in the Continuous Physical Inventory - List procedure.

In the Create tab you select the physical inventory list by the inventory number that was created when the inventory list was printed and saved.

Under Printout samples you will see an example of the list in this procedure along with comments.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

You can update the inventoried quantity for the parts in the list in this procedure. You can enter a description of the physical inventory under the C column.

Please note that it is possible to change the location name in connection with reporting of the inventory result. You should also note that you can change the pick location if you at the same time save an inventory result for the part. This does not apply for systems with the supplement Stock Location System.

Can Any Charts Be Displayed?

No charts or graphs can be displayed in this procedure.
