General Information about Activity Reporting

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

Why Use This Procedure?

Under the Create tab you can report activities in a list. The information that can be reported for activities includes status, comments, who reported and report date.

Under printout samples you can see samples of the list types, including explanations.

The user that is reporting the activity can only see the activities in the list that he or she is authorized or responsible for reporting. You can quickly load the nonconformity report from the list and preview it in a separate window.

You can select activities by the Planned date, Nonconformity number, Activity status, Activity and Activity type.

You can choose to show activities for one or more basic nonconformity types. All nonconformity types are selected by default.
