This tab exists for all nonconformity types. Here you can preview and print the Nonconformity Report document, which is used internally to "work on" a nonconformity. Also see the Printout Samples.
This document shows information regarding the nonconformity, activities and costs.
There is space to manually enter the signature and date for each completed activity. If the activity is reported as finished before printing the nonconformity report, the signature and date will be printed automatically in the document.
You can send the document via e-mail. Also see the Printout Samples. You can choose language for the form which determines the heading texts in the document. These are updated in the Languages procedure. You can also select how many copies you want to print. You can select which information you want to include by using the Form Settings procedure. You can also enter your own additional text for this document (whether it is used for the customer, supplier or internally) by using the Form Additional Text procedure. For example, you can adjust the additional text so that the person responsible for quality control will sign the forms.
Any comments entered under the Internal Comment button under the Register Nonconformity tab, will be printed in this document.
