Under the C (Comment) button you can enter comments and explanations for this cost. If there is a comment, the pound sign symbol (#) will appear on the C button. These comments are always printed under Costs on the Nonconformity report, if you have checked the Print box on that row.
If you have installed the supplementary function Document Viewing, you can use it to link external documents to the report. Read more about the Document Viewer button in the MONITOR General Information chapter in the MONITOR Basics manual.
