Type of Form

Here you can select the type of form you want to use for printout. The options are:

• Order - The standard form for stock orders suitable for printing to a printer.
• Delivery note - The standard form for stock order delivery notes suitable for printing to a printer.
  This alternative is used to print a delivery note for the stock order.
• Fax - The stock order is printed on an e-mail form that is also used as a fax form. This setting also fulfills two main functions. As a standard, the Fax form alternative can only print one order number at a time, but if you have installed the Fax Integration supplement you can print an order number interval just like the when you have selected the Order alternative.

Conditions for Printing an Order Number Interval to Fax

1. To be able to enter an order number interval for the form type Fax, you must select a fax program in the setting Fax program for direct fax during form printout?, under the heading Fax / E-mail that you find under the System tab in the Settings procedure.
2. The selected fax program must be installed on the computer that is running MONITOR.
3. The correct fax number must have been entered in the Fax number field in the Order header. For the warehouses that the stock order will be sent to by fax, you add the fax number in the Company info. You can then select those numbers in the fax number field in the order header.
