Under the Aftermarket tab you will see what has been sold afterwards, linked to the serial number.
The tab appears if the setting Enter serial number in customer order header is activated, under Order / Quotes under the Sales tab in the Settings procedure. Then you will also find the field Serial number in order header of the Register Customer Order procedure. The field is used to link the sales to a certain serial number. This can for example be spare part sales, upgrading, etc.
You cannot add any information under this tab.
Delivered / Invoiced Customer Orders Linked to the Serial Number
In this table you will see information about delivered and invoiced order rows linked to the serial number. The table is primarily sorted by delivery period and secondarily by part number.
