General Information about Insurance Review Basis

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

In the Insurance Review Basis procedure you can print information about the fixed assets' acquisition date and value, residual value and insurance value (replacement value).

The report is used only as an insurance review basis.

The list can be classified by group, location or by work center. When you classify by fixed asset group, the objects are also divided by the respective cost center.

You can select by group, location, work center, account and cost center. It is also possible to display the amounts in thousands.

To adjust the assets' replacement value you can use the Replacement Value Adjustment procedure.

What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?

You can make updates when you use certain Display List functions. There are no update options in this procedure.
