The Edit Report Window

You open this window when you wish to edit a report. The window consists of three tabs.

The first tab called Report displays the name and a description of the report. Here you enter the wanted print level and whether or not you wish to print the last used voucher number. You can also print a report definition of the report layout.

The second tab called Columns is used to construct the horizontal appearance of the report, that is, determine of which columns the report should consist. The contents of the column types are loaded from the database. You can also make comparisons between columns, e.g. differences in amount and percentage.

Under the third tab called Section, the report is created vertically. Here you choose which account intervals, sub-totals, and calculations that you want to have in the different sections.
