General Information about Project Activity List

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

In the list type called Activity list you can print a list of the planned activities. This list can be used to supervise or monitor project activities. You can print all activities for all project types in this list, regardless of their activity status or project status. In the list type called Activity log you can follow up on project activities for a certain period and there see who has made what and how much time it has taken. This is for example useful for a project manager or another person responsible who might need reports to follow up on and check how the project members have worked.

You can also choose to print activity comments.
