General Information about AutoRuns

Why Use This Procedure?

The AutoRuns is a procedure that is included in the supplement called MONITOR Agent.

In the AutoRuns window you register automatic runs of procedures. The automatic runs are divided into one or several sequences. A sequence contains the procedures that you want to run automatically in that sequence. You can also see in which order they will be run. For each automatic run you can configure different settings that will apply to the specific run.

If you use the supplement called Warehouse Management, it is possible for all runs in the sequence to select if all or individual warehouses shall be affected. The warehouse's ID is logged in the Historical Events procedure.

You can also AutoRun customized reports made in Crystal Reports in the Custom Reports module module.

Scheduling

The AutoRuns are scheduled by using the Scheduled tasks under Administrative Tools in the Control panel in Windows, Alternatively you can use a third party program for scheduling. Read more about this in the chapter called AutoRuns, in the MONITOR Basics - Configuration and Maintenance.
