AutoPrint

If you check this setting, the linked document will be printed automatically in connection with printing the basic document. You can here select the page orientation and default printer.

Please Note! This setting is only visible if the automatic printout of linked documents is available. This applies for linked documents on operation rows in the Preparation procedure, all order types, inquiries and quotes.

Orientation

If you have checked the Print with order document check box, this is where you choose the page layout for printing the linked document (either portrait or landscape).

Printers

If you have checked Automatic printout you can here select a predefined printer External 1 - External 3 or Auto on which the linked document will be printed. Auto means that the printout will be printed on the same printer as is defined for the basic document. These printers are saved per user using the Users procedure.

In the Print Manufacturing Order procedure there is a tab called Print, under which you will find several settings that determine whether or not external documents should be printed, and if they should be printed per order, part or operation.
