Document Viewer when Linking/Viewing Files

When you link/view a document on a record in a procedure (for example in the Update Part procedure) the Document Viewer is opened in a mode where you can link files.

In this mode you can show the documents that are linked to the record since before, you can link new files, unlink files and also select automatic printout for a linked file (automatic printout only applies when linking documents to operations, orders, quotes and inquiries).

The window is divided into two different areas. In the left portion of the window you can see the file names for linked files. You can also find different functions in the Info menu which you access by right-clicking. In the right portion of the window you can see the file which you selected in the left portion. Read more about other functions in the window.
