List Types

You can print different lists by selecting different list types. All list types include employee number, name and initials. The list types that can be selected are:

• Standard - shows the department, group settings, recording type and schedule.
• Attendance settings - shows the attendance settings for flextime and overtime.
• Work settings - shows the settings for work recording.
• Balances/authorizations - shows the same information as the Update Accumulated Balances / Authorized By procedure, (accumulated time balances and authorized signers). The total time balance for each time bank is shown which will make it easier for those who want to record the employee's time debts.
• Phones / addresses - shows an address and phone number list.
• Schedule exceptions - shows which schedules an employee can switch to before clocking-in in the Recording Terminal (schedule exceptions).
• Terminal access - shows which recording terminals that an employee is limited to for recording.
• Extra attendance settings - in this list you can select if the employee shall be able to send messages. You can also update extra settings regarding the attendance recording.
• Extra work settings - in this list you can update different settings regarding how the work shall be reported and linked.
• Comments - in this list you will see the text that was entered under the Comment... button in the Update Employee procedure.
• Extra info - available only if you have activated the setting Show Extra info tab in Update Tool?, under Miscellaneous under the Workshop Info tab in the Settings procedure.
