Under the Create tab that opens when you start the procedure, under Classification / Selection, you can select for which employees, for which types of shorter working hours and for which period you want to calculate the shorter working hours. You can also choose to move makeup balances.
Under List types you will find different lists regarding Shorter working hours, Move balances and Historical records. Under Calculation bases you select calculation basis as well as different settings depending on the selected list type. Under Include you can choose to include only employees authorized by the user.
