Here you create the salary types that will be used to generate a salary basis based on recorded working hours, overtime and absences. The salary types can also be included in so-called "salary codes", which work as a collection of several different salary types. They are used when the salary, for certain periods of time, should consist of several different salary types, for example during overtime work.
The table consists of the columns Type, Salary type/salary code, Name and four salary type columns for breakdown into salary types used to show the breakdown of all the salary types that make up a salary code. The salary types/codes are sorted according to the value in the column Salary type/Salary code. The column Export is used if the salary type should be able to be exported to a payroll program using the procedure called Export Salary Basis. The column Round-off overtime during recalculation is used to determine when the overtime recalculation shall be made.
