Under the C (Comment) button on the activity row you can enter comments for this activity. You can also enter comments in the Activity Reporting - Customer when the activity is finished. If there is a comment, the pound sign symbol (#) will appear on the C button. These comments are always printed on the nonconformity report.
On the forms Confirmation and Claim report the comments (and activities) will be printed if you have checked the box Print on the row. The comments are not printed on the Response form.
Remember that this text is intended for the customer or supplier. You can modify the comments after the Confirmation and Claim report forms have been sent to the supplier.
