Under the Costs tab you can register or delete costs. You can enter name, price, unit and you can choose if you want to print the cost name.
These costs can then be selected for a nonconformity type under the Nonconformity types tab, as well as when registering new nonconformities directly under the Costs tab in the Register Nonconformity procedure. You can register an optional number of costs. Each cost number can be added and totaled in the Cost of Poor Quality list, so the most frequently used cost types for nonconformities should be entered as individual cost numbers. It may also be convenient to have a cost called "Other" or "Miscellaneous" or something similar.
Comment: Cost numbers 1, 2 and 3 are pre-defined as material cost, subcontracting cost and processing cost, and cannot be deleted from the table. These rows appear with a grey background. These three rows are used when calculating the cost of adjustment operations or new manufacturing orders which should be applied automatically to a nonconformity.
