General Information about Print Budget

You will find a general description of how to manage lists in MONITOR in the chapter Managing Lists in the System under General in the MONITOR Basics guide.

What Does This Procedure Do?

This is where you print registered budget values. These are registered in the Register Budget procedure. To copy a budget you use the Copy Budget / Forecast procedure.

In the procedure you can print the budget values and quantities that are registered on each account, cost center or cost unit.

Budget values can be printed for the current or next budget year.

If budgets are registered at sub-levels, then you can make a printout with totals at account level.

There are different list types to choose from containing different information for each type. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.

Under the Create tab you can only classify by account. Selection can be made by account, cost center, cost unit and budget responsible.

Can Any Charts Be Displayed?

The Standard and Total / account lists can be printed in chart form.
