The Update Document Path window is similar to the Explorer feature in Windows. The left portion shows the root directory called Root at the top level. Here you can enter file paths as folders under the Root folder. Subdirectories will be included automatically.
The right portion of the window shows the files in the folder in the selected file path, including information about the file name, size, document type, file date and whether or not the file has been linked to any record in MONITOR.
