The Activities Tab

Under the Activities tab you will find functions used to support business related events regarding the service order.

The tab is in substance the same as the corresponding tabs for customer order and CRM. For more information about this tab, please read the help section for the CRM tab in the Update Customer procedure. Please note that the following fields and functions under the CRM tab are not shown here: Customer status, Type, District and the button called Print customer card.

A service order may have default activities per service type registered in the Register Basic Data - Service procedure. If a planned activity is not performed, the system can send a reminder.

If an e-mail message is sent from the Activities tab to another responsible person on the service order, a hyperlink is also attached so that the receiver can load the correct service order directly to MONITOR from the e-mail message.
