You will find a general description of Managing Lists in the System in the chapter MONITOR General Information in the MONITOR Basics.
What Does This Procedure Do?
Here you can create printouts from the part register. You normally create manufactured parts in the Preparation procedure.
You can also create, modify and delete parts in the Update Part - Inventory, Update Part - Purchase and Update Part – Sales procedures. All of these procedures consist of a number of tabs that contain different information about the part under each respective tab. All these fields exist in the Inventory module. In the Purchase and Sales modules, the windows are identically designed, only with fewer tabs and a reduced amount of information directed mainly towards the respective purchase/sales order management.
You can also print a part list in the procedures Part List - Inventory and Part List - Purchase.
Under the Create tab you can classify and select by Part Number and Name. You can select several list types containing different information for each list. You can also select which part types you want to include in the list. The different list types are described under Printout Samples.
What Update Options Exist for this Procedure?
In list type Standard you can change the SO/SC* Mark-up exceptions and Default label type.
In list type Drawing info it is possible to update the Drawing number.
* SO/SC* Mark-up exceptions are displayed if the setting Use SO/SC mark-up exceptions in the system is activated, under Calculations under the Manufacturing tab in the Settings procedure.
Can Any Charts Be Displayed?
No charts or graphs can be displayed in this procedure.
