When you open the procedure, the Create tab first appears. In the upper portion of the tab you classify and select the customer orders by using the available alternatives.
In the lower portion under List types you also select which of the lists; Pick list or Delivery reporting, that will be loaded.
For the list type Pick list you can, by selecting different settings under the Show in pick list heading, decide what should be displayed in the pick list. Under the Clearance heading you decide whether or not a clearance should be performed. If the check box Only parts without shortage under Show in pick list is unchecked you can also order a shortage analysis.
When you use Display list under Window functions, the Pick list, Clearance - All and Cause of shortage tabs are activated, depending on which selections that have been made. The Warnings tab, however, is always activated if any warnings exist regardless of the other selections .
