Part Notification

For a part you can select to be notified when registering an order and when reporting. Notifications are made in the General tab in the Update Part procedure in the Inventory, Sales or Purchase modules.

In the table below it is described at which actions you can select to be notified and which procedures the notification will effect.

The use of part notification can for example replace price comments for parts, when a comment is entered for the supplier link for a part and that can then can be Closedshown when the part is loaded on the order row.
